Assistant Manager/Manager - International Search Marketing (Google)Mission Statement for the Role:Lead the online growth of PlanetSpark across 15+ countries through SEM on Google and BingEligibility Criteria:- Willing to work in a Series A funded startup and build from scratch- MUST HAVE 1 to 3 years of experience in online growth for a high growth consumer tech startup or a performance marketing agency- Experience in running international SEM campaigns is highly desirable- A highly analytical and brand mindset- BTech or MBA from a Tier-1 institute would be highly desirable- Living in or Relocatable to Gurgaon and willing to work 6 days a weekRoles and Responsibilities:The Assistant Manager / Manager for SEM will be the custodian for all Search related domestic and international growth initiatives at the company. This is high accountability and high-impact role.Responsibilities:Performance Marketing:- Lead a team that runs performance marketing campaigns on Google, and Bing- Create and optimize performance marketing campaigns- Run A/B tests to fine-tune communication and targeting- Analyse performance and maintain performance dashboardsCampaign Optimization:- Craft clear and consistent communication for the campaigns to improve the CTR- Localize communication in various geographies- Run multiple experiments to optimize for CPL, CPC and ROIReporting and Analytics:- Create dashboards to monitor and track the SEM data across Geographies- Analyse the data and come up with actionable insightsWhat are the behavioral attributes that we are looking for - A keen desire to drive digital growth for a fast-growing Series A funded startup- An apparent Founders mindset i.e. A mindset where the person can own up SEM and shape it independently like a Founder,
