Your future teams are developing Nokia 3GPP mainstream radio technology products and solutions including cross-technology responsibility (Multi Radio Access Technology). Your unit s main priorities are flawless execution of System programs including Network Management & Optimization and attached services.What you will learn and contribute to Performance & Optimisation Specialist performs data analysis, problem identification and solution proposal of a radio network. He / she performs optimisation in terms of Radio coverage, capacity, performance analyses with counters/ KPIs and other metrics. He/ she recommends parameters fine-tuning, feature introduction, Physical optimisation and other optimisation related recommendations. Forecasts traffic patterns to evaluate impact on current and future requirements.Your skills and experience

• Perform various technical complex tasks related to network planning, quality assurance, optimisation, new releases, features implementation and consultancy.
• Performs critical (sometimes escalated) design and performance activities independently. These may include complex problem solving with Multi-layer , multi-vendor environment.
• Performs Radio Network Planning and Optimization activity in 4G or 5G network and pre sales support
• Knowledge of parameters, features and KPIs in 4G or 5G Technology
• Participate and support in Network evolution strategy, Network Consolidation, Spectrum refarming activity of the customer network
• Expertise in creating and analysis of statistical KPI reporting
• Expertise with DT measurement tools and post-processing tools
• End-user / customer problem investigation
• Works effectively in a mixed environment and uses best practices and knowledge sharing from internal or external teams and cross functions
• Build strong networking and relationship with region experts.
• Flexible for travelling on regular basis.

Qualifications

• At least 10 years of experience in Radio Planning and Optimisation with minimum 1 years in 5G technology and 5 years in 4G technology and good track record of solving complex technical issues.
• 5G & 4G Optimization experience covering cmWave Optimization; VONR,NSA,SA, VoLTE, mMIMO, Multi layer mobility and load balancing
• In depth knowledge in RF principle and fundamentals of 4G and 5G
• In-depth knowledge in RAN algorithm, parameters, performance counters, network KPI, signalling flow and protocol in 4G and 5G Nokia Product
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong team player, self-motivated and possesses strong commitment to excel.
• Influencing Others, Problem Solving, Customer Focus and consulting
• Knowledge in database programming , big data analytics, Strong programming skills, using computer languages in R, Python, SQL, C++ will be an added advantage.
