The Associate Director for Online Marketing will be the sole custodian for all domestic and international online growth initiatives at the company. This is a high accountability and high impact role, working directly with the founders. The incumbent will lead the online marketing team of marketing associates, designer(s) and work with SEO agencies.Eligibility Criteria:- Willing to work 6 days a week- Willing to work in a Series A funded startup and build from scratch- MUST HAVE 6 to 10 years of experience in online growth for a consumer tech startup- A highly analytical and brand mindset Roles and Responsibilities/ Mission Statement:Performance Marketing:- Lead a team that runs performance marketing campaigns on Google, Facebook, Instagram and Twitter across 5 different geographies- Create and optimize performance marketing campaigns- Run A/B tests to fine tune communication and targeting- Analyse performance and maintain performance dashboardsBranding and Communications:- Craft clear and consistent communication strategy for the company, in line with the brand promise- Localize communication in various geographies- Be the custodian of all marketing messaging across all channelsLanding Pages and Conversion Funnel:- Design and A/B test landing pages- Work closely with the product teams to optimize the conversion funnel across web and apps- Create drip marketing flows and communication to improve conversionNew Channels and Partnerships:- Unlock new growth channels and growth hacks in accordance with different growth stages of the company- Enter into new affiliate partnerships for growthWhat are the behavioral attributes that we are looking for - A keen desire to drive digital growth for a fast-growing Series A funded startup- An apparent Founders mindset i.e. A mindset where the person can own up the entire growth vertical and shape it independently like a Founder,
