This involves a lot of ownership, cross-functional collaboration, and first principle thinking. The role would involve working closely with the founders.Levers:Lever#1Data driven lead allocation- Create smarter lead assignment algorithms for sales team- Analyse sales performance and improve current systems and processes of lead assignmentLever#2Improving demo experience- Improve teacher communication & pitch - Monitor demo classes and drive demo wow- Build scalable systems of demo QCLever#3Building insights through data- Analysing sales conversion trends and share feedback with marketing team- Analysing teacher, counselor, campaign level data to improve conversionLever#4Process improvements- Drive better handshaking between teachers and counselors- Improve current lead lifecycle related processes,
