Job overview: Continuously improve teacher training program by innovating the content, delivery & processes Responsibilities: - Monitor and improve input and output metrics of teacher training program- Innovate the processes to reduce the drop across teacher training program- Innovate and improve the training content- Innovate and improve training delivery- Update and innovate training modules as per the business requirements and business changes- Optimize evaluation process to improve training effectiveness- Ensure TAT compliance for evaluaTIon process- Coordinate with stakeholders to setup and streamline process improvement initiatives- Drive and improve conversion metric through qualitative and quantative insights Qualification: - Excellent communication skills- Good excel and google sheet knowledge- Must have content creation experience- Team managing experience- Process orientation,
