The Senior Manager / AD Expansion and Growth is a key role at PlanetSpark in which the incumbent will be responsible for delivering 800 demos per day. This is a high accountability and high impact role, working closely with the sales, operations and academic teams. Eligibility Criteria:- Willing to work 6 days a week- Willing to work in a Series A funded startup and build everything from scratch- 5 to 8 years of experience in operations with a consumer tech company- Very strong problem-solving abilityRoles and Responsibilities/ Mission Statement:The Senior Manager / AD Expansion and Growth will be the sole custodian for the expansion and growth of the company by ensuring 800 conducted demo sessions. 1) Understanding levers for demo conduction- Understand the various levers for conduction of demo classes- Unlock the potential in every lever2) Teacher Training and Onboarding- Onboard a large number of teachers every week- Train them on demo conduction3) Lead Utilization / Teacher responsiveness- Understand the various levers for lead utilization and build processes to boost the same- Ensure that leads get responded within the agreed SLA4) Calling Team Management- Manage an outsourced team of calling agents who will manage dropped leads- Create SOPs, SLAs for the teams- Identify new unlocks for driving more demos5) Demo Metrics tracking- Constantly monitor key metrics and dropouts- Create strategies for improving demo metricsIdeal Candidate Profile:- 4-6 years of experience in managing operations of a consumer tech startup, preferably with managing a large workforce- Highly analytical and problem-solving bent of mind and a strong obsession with using a data-driven approach- Ability to think of solving a problem from multiple levers such as product, sales and trainingWhat are the behavioral attributes that we are looking for - A keen desire to drive the growth through a product-first approach for a fast-growing Series A funded early-stage startup- An apparent Founders mindset i.e. A mindset where the person can own operations and shape it independently like a Founder,
