Everything technology at PlanetSpark is handcrafted in-house to create an integrated and scalable system. The kind of products that you would be working on: - Live Video Product: Creating the worlds first live video learning product to help kids become confident communicators. Imagine this to be zoom + gamification + embedded learning tools + much more! - Learning Platform for Kids: Building the learning and community platform for kids to learn communication skills. Imagine this to be a learning management system + online contests and events platform + tools to create better speeches, debates, stories etc. - Marketplace Product: Build an engaged marketplace to help conduct 10k demo sessions per day across the globe. While PlanetSpark is a full-stack offering, the lead flow for customer acquisition is completely automated and resembles that of a managed marketplace of professionals with key metrics such as engaged teachers, acceptance rate, lead to conduction ratio, time to accept.- Teacher SAAS Product: Ever thought of how millions of Uber drivers are managed completely by technology You now have the chance to build technology that will manage the entire lifecycle of over 50,000 teachers across the globe. - Sales CRM Product: PlanetSpark uses its own CRM. What this means is that the entire sales team of 1000+ people use our custom-made product to drive sales. You will have the ability to design the most sophisticated CRM by directly working with the business teams.Roles and Responsibilities:As the leader of the product, you would be responsible for planning and delivering some of the products mentioned above. Some of your responsibilities include:- User research: Conduct user research through primary research, focused group discussions etc. to understand the user persona and user needs - Creating Product plans: Translate user research into product plans aligned and prioritized with business needs- UX: Design wow user experiences for the products - Data Analysis and Insights: Closely track and monitor key KPIs and improve them through product improvements- Team: Build a high performing product team What are We Looking For - Must have 10+ years of experience in Product Management for a high growth consumer tech startup- A highly analytical and data-driven mindset- A product evangelist with a hands-on approach - B.Tech or MBA from a Tier-1 institute (IIMs / IITs or equivalent)- Living in or Relocatable to Gurgaon What are the behavioral attributes that we are looking for - A keen desire to build products for a fast-growing Series B funded startup- An apparent Founders mindset i.e. A mindset where the person can own up product management and shape it independently like a Founder,
