Job Description

- Ownership of complete P&L for multiple tier-II cities- Drive Average Ticket Size M-O-M by Category for the respective city- Responsible for maintaining take rate by category/ payor type and build a process around it to monitor real-time basis with the execution of corrective actions- Develop requisite network supply to facilitate healthcare operations- Responsible to maintain high standard patient journey in terms of experience- Strong relationship building with existing hospital/clinic and build new networks- Build strong SOPs top to bottom line to drive team and set a robust process for cross functions- Responsible for overall revenue management at the city level- Help to drive daily challenge and build an engine to protect future recurrence- Set strategic goals for operational efficiency and enhance the patient experience city level- Transformation of complete medical infra, infra occupancy, infra branding and maximize infra efficiencyKey Initiatives :- Build and maintain relationships with all external partners, Clinic/Hospital owners, and vendors to make decisions regarding operational activity and strategic goals for the citySkills and Qualifications :- Bachelors /Masters degree from tier 1 institute Like- IIT, NITs- 7-8 years senior leadership role in the appropriate field- Superior knowledge of multiple operational functions and principles, including clinical operations, customer service/excellence, SOP defined, and Team management- Ability to streamline and implement new structures and roles that create speed, efficiency, and support rapidly shifting business demands- Strong working knowledge of industry regulations and legislative guidelines- Experience with core business operations, preferred in internet business- Superior negotiation skills in both internal and external settings- Strong working knowledge of data analysis and performance metricsAbout Pristyn Care :Pristyn Care is an Asset Light full-stack healthcare provider that rents spare OT capacity and Surgical infra of a hospital to perform surgeries for its own patients via Pristyns full-time surgeons.
