Job Description

    This strategic role is responsible to develop, grow and manage messaging application program for implementing robust application messaging solutions at enterprise scale consisting experience working on Messaging application. This role will work closely with application teams, platform owners and application Messaging team to manage and maintain ecosystem.Expertise and Experience :- 12 - 15 years of experience in dealing with messaging applications and products for a banking or an insurance org- Possess a fundamental understanding of end-to-end client experience integration and dependencies from the messaging product perspective.- Understanding of Agile practices, Lean Startup, new technologies opportunities and other new trend is a plus.- Product Management; Knows how to define the product roadmap.- Ability to work with cross-functional teams to deliver on a common goal.- Experience with a definition of minimum marketable features and minimum viable products.- Analytical and problem-solving skills; Attention to details; Overall understanding of technologies used in the product. - Responsible for setting, prioritizing, and accepting the work generated by a team in order to ensure the most valuable and proper functionality of the product (In this case it can be any application or messaging product).- Develop appropriately detailed specifications for the product features so they are clearly understood by the development teams.- Research and analyze market, the users, and the roadmap for the product; Follow our competitors and the industry.- Accountable for the created product(s), delivering in the product operating model and communicating the product needs with business partners.- Identify business needs, help a business understand a business value and work with cross-functional teams to manage product releases.- Work with market Product owners and Team PO to analyze the needs and align messaging product roadmap to strategic goals; Owns the product roadmap.- Help platform owner to draft key objectives and results, strategies and apply the data for the product to make business decisions.- Gather feature requests, schedule releases and coordinates sprints.Attitude/Behavior :- Capable of developing strong relationships with all levels of management.- Solution centric approach, make decisions, and complete trade-off analysis to stay on track towards business deliverable commitments.- Utilizes team collaboration to create innovative solutions efficiently- Comfortable working with quick turnaround times and deadlinesSkills & Education :- Strong communication skills with ability to work with business and Technology stakeholders.- 2-3 years exp. in implementing messaging applications.- B.E/B.Tech/BCA/MCA from a reputed organization. MBA from a premier institute is an added advantage,
