Conceptualize and drive programs/projects to drive business growth, functional efficiency and productivity2. Proactively identify high impact areas of improvements across people, policy, process andproduct domain to deliver on business goals. Take initiatives, own and deliver on identifiedareas3. Drive performance management, KRA, Incentive programs, campaigns and competitions forthe growth managers4. Run capability projects for the function to drive exponential growth5. Lead innovation activities and drive new ideas to solve complex business problems6. Work closely with stakeholders and support the development of tools and processes to deliveron exponential growth7. Perform daily functions of Program management such as program planning and scheduling,analyzing the impact, resource planning, monitoring and status reporting against planneddeliveries, milestones and objectives, proactively assessing and managing risks, solving forproblems and issues in execution, action logs and reporting on the program.Skills and experience:1. Graduate/Postgraduate from Tier 1 college.2. 4-6 years of experience across relevant profiles program management / Growth etc., start-up experience is preferred3.
