You will have the chance to be an early team member of this super talented team and create a long-lasting impact.Core Responsibilities : - End-to-end leads the Supply Side of the business in the most innovative and scalable way.- Design & implement a robust structure for teacher hiring, onboarding, retention and up-skilling.- Build, lead and manage a high-quality Teacher Supply Team to manage the function.- Improve system efficiency by working with Product and Team teams for automating processes.- Ability to lead and collaborate with cross-functional & remote teams to come up with actionable, high-impact insights across product lines and functions.Requirements:- Graduate of Tier 1 engineering colleges/ Tier 1 MBA colleges- 2 - 4 years of experience in supply management and operations preferred.- Resourceful problem solver with strong leadership ability & sense of ownership.- Excellent oral and written communication skills.- Demonstrated ability to start projects, drive them to completion & achieve results.
