Job Description

    Program Manager (Industry Mentor) Who are we Coding Ninjas is one of the largest online coding EdTech Start-up in India. We teach 50,000+ students annually through our online platform. We have a monopoly position in the college market in India and are now expanding into new verticals to sustain our meteoric growth and to continue to create a larger impact in the education system of India. We raised our series Ainvestment of USD 5.2 Million from Infoedge (Naukr.com, iimjobs.com, hirist.com etc.) and havea strength of 200+ employees growing each month. About the role The industry mentors are highly qualified and experienced people who are working in different organisations. In their part time, these mentors are ready to help us in preparing our students for interviews and in getting their dream job with their own experience and exposure to the real world.We are looking for a Program Manager to manage this amazing team of industry mentors, counsellors and team leads and optimise all associated processes. Role description: - Own end to end process and continuously streamline it- Hiring and onboarding mentors.- Arranging timely interaction and webinar with students.- Arranging mock interviews of every student with different mentors for placement preparation.- Collecting and analysing the feedback and feeding it back to the product- Work on the process to increase student and mentor engagement.- Create processes to increase student motivation to attend the sessions and keep them engaged.- Ensure mentors are highly motivated to help students in every possible way.- Manage a team of executives, counsellors.- Define and drive adoption and growth of industry mentor vertical Who are we looking for - Prior experience of working in a program management role, preferably in a startup- Strong project management skills with the ability to engage successfully with key external and internal stakeholders across business, product and technology- Strong Stakeholder management skills- Exceptional Analytical skills- Data-driven and analytical mindset is a must- Outstanding verbal and written communication skillsCTC Offered - Upto 20 Lacs,
