Energy Dais is seeking a SaaS Project Management Intern who is a stickler of time and meets the deadlines by being the conduit of communication between the Sales Marketing , Creative Content Writers and Business Development team. Roles and responsibilities Coordinate with the Project Engineer to understand , document and execute tasks at hand. Track project progress from the inception to the final delivery Identification of project goals , stakeholders , timelines / milestones , risks , etc. Track projects through completion and acceptance Assist customers with SaaS Product Assist in branding of the product (our website) Participate in pre - sales process to fully understand the client and their needs , tasks , and gathering requirements. Manage pilot implementations where key metrics related to conversion or productivity are required for further expansion Ensure budgets , schedules and performance standards are attained. Assist the sales teams Inspire team with drive and motivation needed to aggressively meet commitments Ability to effectively and efficiently analyse data to identify potential issues that aid in decision making by mitigating risks 0 - 2 years in Project Management Project management experience for SaaS would be an added advantage Key Skills Requisite knowledge and amity with the Oil Gas Industry Excellent presentation and communications skills , both written and verbal Strong interpersonal skills with the proven ability to effectively engage and influence at all levels A multi - tasker who is stickler for time - bound deliverables Requisite analytical ability to map performance of promotional activities Experience with CRM solutions , sales and sales operations processes , and SaaS technologies / exposure shall be an added advantage,
