Job Description

Description - InternalMission and responsabilities:In the context of the Performance of the Project Business, we need develop a company-wide project performance practices by using Data and by driving the change in our system, tools and process in line with Group policies and regulations across all geographies, segments and business units.You will be part of the Project Performance Business Team within the Data and Performance oranization, reporting to the Project Performance Change Leader.You will be mainly in charge of the deployment of E2E Systems enhancement:

  • Develop and deliver training content on time (according to a roadmap) and on budget
  • Support training material to support the change across multiple deployment projects
  • Support local project teams in ensuring change management activities are integrated into the project plans
  • Be an advocate of the Group Business Policies and technical solution thru active communication, animation of community and influencer
  • Support development of Process Maps to ensure standardized practices
  • Support country gap assessment and any resulting analysis needed as for Oracle, Process Automation
Qualifications - InternalEducation:
  • University and/or Business School: Bsc or Masters degree, Finance , Control, Audit, engineering
Job related Experience:
  • 5/10 years of experience in finance and controlling out of which 3/5 years in project controlling
  • Change management experience is a must
Business Understanding:
  • Schneider Organization and Project Sales Execution Model
  • CPP Methodology
  • Change Management: Stakeholders Mapping and Management, Training, Adoption and Communication
  • Digital Advocate
Other competencies:
  • Ability and willingness to work in an International remote environment, with strong autonomy, acknowledging cultural differences
  • Ability to communicate with various BU, management levels, functions, organization, geographies
  • Knowledge of ERP system (e.g. SAP PS, SAP SD, FICO, Oracle PA, MS Dynamics, etc.)
  • Demonstrate flexibility and openness to contribute to adhoc needs for the transformation program within his or her area of expertise
  • Ability to impact across cultures and reporting lines
  • English fluency is a must
  • Agility and change agent mindset
  • Ability to work in a sometimes unstructured and evolving context
  • Willingness to work at a detailed level with Key Users/ End Users to ensure target processes are understood and implemented
