Job Description

    Greetings from HCL Technologies !!HCL is hiring for QA position Job Role : Quality Auditor / AnalystPosition OverviewYou will conduct quality audits on the work done by labelers and provide them feedback on the errors identified during the audit. Analysis will be conducted by you on the labeler errors to identify improvement areas based on which, you will conduct refresher / feedback sessions for the labelers.Responsibilities
    • Audit the sample of decisions taken by labelers on products per the defined process and guidelines
    • Provide concrete feedback to labelers
    • Do analysis to find out improvement areas and conduct sessions (refresher / feedback) for labelers
    • Optimize processes for QA and labelled products
    • Optimize existing processes, to ensure we optimize for efficiency and quality of output, and provide ongoing feedback on tools
    Minimum Skills to Hire:
    • Experience: 1-3 years
    • Minimum Qualification: Graduation in any Stream
    • One year QA / SME / Floor Support/ Team Handling experience required.
    • Candidate work experience background should be from International only.
    Minimum Skills to Perform the job:
    • Good written and verbal communication skills (Internal target Rating: 6-8 on a scale of 10)
    • Creative problem-solving and analytical skills
    • Attention to detail with the ability to complete large volumes of work quickly
    • Ability to work on multiple workflows simultaneously
    • Team player with good interpersonal and solution oriented attitude
    • Ability to coach and provide feedback to workers
    • Strong computer application skills (Excel, PowerPoint, etc.)
    Good to have:
    • Understanding of e-commerce, how e-commerce sites provide information to users / customers to make their shopping more delightful
