Job Description

This position is at our Gurugram site. In Instrument Driver group, youll be Leading the design, development and testing of IVI drivers for several high tech products like Signal generators and Analyzers, Oscilloscopes etc. These drivers are widely used in the industry and are very critical to the success of Keysight.

Duties Responsibilities

  • As an RD Operating Manager for instrument drivers you will be required to plan, schedule and execute instrument driver development for various products.
  • You will also be required to develop/ improve new and existing tools and process to make the driver development process efficient.
  • Planning, scheduling and prioritizing projects will require project management skills, excellent communication and leadership skills. We are looking for individuals who have a passion for technology, leadership and innovation.
  • Direct management of Instrument Drivers and Tools RD team
  • Coordinate with internal partners to collect driver requirements
  • Prioritize requirements and align driver releases with Keysight NPIs
  • Set objectives and manages the execution of new instrument driver strategy
  • Implements procedures and policies governing the support of internal partners, customers including the handling of customer issues, complaints and overall experience
Job Qualifications
  • BS/MS, University degree
  • 10+ years of experience in a technical role, with 2+ years proven people leadership experience
  • The ability to make measurements using electronic instruments like Signal Generators, Analyzers, and Oscilloscopes etc.
  • Have developed programs in C#/VB.NET environments and have experience in controlling instruments like DAQs etc.
  • Excellent planning, scheduling and communication skills
  • Leader who can inspire positive change indirectly through influence and leadership style
  • Experience leading and driving organization change management
  • Self-motivated with strong communication skills and a pronounced customer focus
  • Ability to pro-actively drive improvements, enhancements needed to improve the customer experience
  • Proven relationship management skills across different functional areas business units, including ability to facilitate communication between organizations
  • A strong conceptual thinker, with strong program management skills, who can successfully lead large multiple technology projects, ensuring deadlines are met
