Job Description

Answering incoming calls and routing them to the appropriate person in the Office / Factory / Site Handling EPBAX & Managing Incoming and Outgoing Calls Handling courier related activities Courier tracking and Follow - ups Keeping record of Outgoing & Incoming Couriers Greeting clients and visitors as they come into the office Place outgoing calls as requested or required Co - ordination with Head Office , other Sites and Branch Offices Maintaining Records and Files and Managing Correspondence Coordinating TCR (Take Confirmation Report) related work (You Need to Call Clients and to confirm whether they have received our Quotation or not on daily basis) Candidate Profile: Required Experience: 2 to 3 yrs.
