It may not be for every role, and, as part of the recruitment process, you ll have the chance to discuss smart working and how it might work for the job you are applying for.About this rolePurpose of Role: The role holder can be responsible for providing effective support of large projects and leadership of small/medium projects, dealing with all relevant issues, often without the guidance of the manager. May involve managing units of leads and other managers of teams. He/she provides support/leadership in the formulation of network, technology, systems and information strategy and evolution plans. The role holder can also be responsible for supporting real time operational systems providing leadership and guidance on resolving complex technical issues owning operational processes and ensuring support is provided to meet service level standards. The role holder can be responsible for 2 nd level of Bug scrubbing using available tools. Role include analyzing the bugs in terms of its relevance and Impact on customer network and categorizing the bugs under defined categories/impact by comparing the live configuration of the customer network devices and finally work on the mitigation plan and recommendation so the optimum solution can be provided to the customer. Also role holder should be able to peer review the bugs analyzed by 1 st level team.Bug scrubing works on proactive approach to identify the bugs before it impacts the customer network and services.Youll have the following responsibilities
