Job Description

    Professional Collections Responsible for business-to-business collections efforts primarily for US ClientsAccounts Receivables from initial contact till closure. Review assigned worklist daily & act as per requirements on various clientaccounts. Dispute Management Handling client invoicing disputes Maintain recurring contact with clients with past due receivables & resolvediscrepancies if any identified through timely inter-department coordination Maintain up to date notes in the system for the collections related interactionstaking place through email or calls Support other departments such as client management, billing or cashapplications with their inquiries pertaining to open AR or any deductions fromclient. Provide appropriate notes for AR reviews with business owners. Will be responsible to meet assigned monthly, quarterly & yearly goal inalignment with business requirement.
