Job Description1. Achieve growth and hit sales targets by successfully managing the sales team2. Set appointments to meet with clients and sales team members to show the prospective properties3. Support and confidently lead clients through the entire real estate process4. Guide clients through properties of interest and emphasize the features and benefits of the properties5. Building Client relationship, briefing them about our various projects along with arrangements of site visits.6. Monitor customer preferences to determine focus of sales efforts.7. Answer any questions clients might have regarding the property, neighbourhood, etc.8. Assess competition and competitive market prices through property comparisons9. Be knowledgeable of prices and values in the current market10.Research and explore local neighbourhoods to ascertain various surroundings11.Keep updated on deadlines and deliveries of various projects12.Analyse, check, maintain and update property/client lists and CRM systems13.To provide leadership / guidance to the team leaders for achievement of sales targets 14.To monitor sales team performance on a daily / weekly / monthly basis15.To develop, nurture channel partners and deliver significant throughput from the same16.To develop the innovative ways of selling and broad basing the creation of sales opportunity.17.Keep the management apprised of leads/sales through the CRM systems and direct team meetings18.
