People with the right attitude have the chance to contribute far beyond their role.Purpose of the Role:With direction from the Content Development Manager and in collaboration with content strategists, develops competitive, innovative content for new and revised products--with focus on compelling electronic formats and functionality--that meet market needs and are designed to drive usage and grow market share. Manages content development of assigned projects from pre-contract stage through transmittal to Production or other vendor; incorporating new processes, e-workflows, and technology as appropriate. Serves as primary contact for authors and subject matter experts (SMEs) throughout publication process. Manages the most complex or challenging content sets. Trains new content development specialists and content coordinators as needed.Responsibilities:
