About the Company (DigiChal) :We are a startup with a mission to make life easy for MSMEs by creating a suite of Digital Products aimed to solve their business problems.Were looking for Senior Backend Engineer to help us build and grow Digichal from the ground up. In this role, you will be part of our Core Engineering team reporting directly to the Co-Founder.You will work on the roadmap of new products and features over the next year. You will develop new features and product lines for our target users, that will enable exponential growth for DigiChal.The Role(Work From Office) :- Ability to write RESTFull APIs using Node.js, Postgresql/MySql & Javascript.- Writing reusable, testable, and efficient code- Design and implementation of low-latency, high-availability, and performant applications- Implementation of security and data protection- Integration of data storage solutions {{may include databases, key-value stores, etc}- Strong analytical skills- Ability to thrive in an ambiguous environment and need little oversight- Finally, and most importantly, you have drive, energy, and motivation to succeed in delivering great customer experiences!Desired Candidate Profile (Education Qualification, Work-Experience and Skills) :- B.Tech. / M.Tech from premier institutes (IITs/NITs)- Must have 4+ years of experience in Server Side Application development.- Must have experience in building at least one product from scratch- Experience in multiple backend technologies like Python, Java would be highly desirable(Nodejs is must)- Must have experience in developing APIs in Microservice architecture- Must have experience in deployment, infrastructure management and monitoring of containerised applications over AWS- Ability to debug and pinpoint performance issues in production- Knowledge of GIT and branch management- Practical experience with CI/CD pipeline- Keen eye for producing clean and semantic code- Prior experience in a startup will be preferredWe seek an applicant who will thrive in an open, dynamic, flexible, fun, spirited, agile and collaborative environment; an individual who desires creative freedom and the opportunity to work in a high-performing work environment.,
