Enclosed are the Key job responsibilities for the role :1. Contract Management, contractual compliances monitoring and management; compliance support for operations of the Projects.2. Legal Risk Management.3. Reasonably fair knowledge of Contracts Act, Transfer of Property Act, Local Development Laws in Haryana and Uttar Pradesh.4. Drafting, vetting, negotiating and interpreting various commercial contracts and consultation on contract disputes. 5. Drafting of term sheets, development agreements, agreement to sell, sale deed, lease deeds, confidentiality agreements, vendor contracts and dealing with issues related to the same. 6. Drafting and negotiation loan documentation, and all related agreement and transaction; 7. Understanding of Land Acquisition Process including title search, MOU, registration of documents, mutation, review of approvals, change of land use, NA conversion, particularly in Haryana and Uttar Pradesh; General corporate advisory;8. Managing LitigationsLooking for candidates from Real estate background only.,
