Eligibility Criteria :- Willing to work 6 days a week at a Series A startup- Should be comfortable with the US / UAE Shifts.- A stellar co-curricular record- Based out of Gurgaon or South Delhi or relocatable to these areas- Excellent written and spoken communication skillsRoles and Responsibilities/ Mission Statement :1) Lead CS initiatives for an entire region2) Leading a team of account managers.3) Manage a big number of accounts of customers (parents)3) Promote the value of the product and upsell services and products with brand image and promoting value through customer experience4) Maintain a detailed understanding of products and services, assist customers with questions and suggest the best products for their needs5) Implements initiatives/strategies to improve the entire customer life cycle from onboarding to retention and work around metrics like NPS, churn rate, etc.6) Establish clear retention goals and process milestones for the customers and employees to work towardsWhat are the behavioral attributes that we are looking for - A keen desire to drive the student community for a fast-growing SeriesA funded early-stage startup,
