Role SummaryBusiness System Analyst with 7 - 10 years total experience to perform the following :

• Managing Sunlife VN Meta Data, including creating new one, updating and deleting existing/old data
• Creating or maintaining Business Glossary, Data Dictionary, and Data Mapping Document
• Managing Data Services project / product Backlog (Report, Data Extraction, etc.)
• Requirements Elicitation, Analysis and Documentation , Gap Analysis & Functional Specification Document
• Ongoing support of business applications by problem analysis , resolution , reporting and escalation as required
• Work closely with Business Users , Development , QA and Project Managers to ensure timely delivery of tasks /projects
• Participating and sharing Functional knowledge with rest of the team.
• Participates in conference calls and able to communicate effectively
• Should be willing to provide on call support as and when required

Minimum Qualification

• 7 -10 years of Business System Analyst experience in IT
• 2 3 year hand-on experienced in Data Projects on requirements gathering , writing technical specs, mapping document, data cleaning rules and supporting UAT and Post Production.
• 3 5 year experienced in Scrum framework and waterfall processes
• Nice to have Knowledge in Data Concepts such as Online Data Transactions, Operation Data Store, Data Lakes, Analytics Data Warehouse, and Data Marts
• College graduate degree from reputed organization
• Good communication skills.

• Strong Analytical , Mathematical and logical capabilities
• Exposure to Customer Communication and Management

Industry Experience

• 7 -10 years of Overall IT experience including the experience of leading projects.
• Good understanding of Life Insurance Concepts; preferably LOMA certified
• Good understanding of Life Insurance products; hands on experience of Product setup preferred
• Should have good exposure on stakeholder management and customer communication
• Hands on working experience on Life Insurance systems
