Job Description

    SilverPush is growing! We are seeking a Senior Manager, Strategy to join our fast-paced team.Heres what you will do:- Prepare financial models and business models- Assist in annual and quarterly business planning and review exercises; track KPIs internally to ensure progress as planned- Run deep analysis on data of various verticals and all facets of the business- Analyse past operations results and performing variance analyses on regular basis- Evaluate business processes, anticipate requirements, uncover areas for improvement, and develop and implement solutions- Lead various analytic projects that cross all three areas of the group: Business Intelligence, Competitive Research, and Mergers & Acquisitions, with the ability to occasionally dedicate entirety of efforts to any one group as needs arise.- Support the decision making at the highest level by providing data backed strategic insights and advisory.- Identify and analysing trends and forecasts and recommending improvements to the business processes.- Research market trends, conducting surveys, analyzing data from competitors, and analyzing the businesss operations, expenditures, and customer retention to identify patterns of potential issues or improvements.- Program management of key strategic initiatives- Preparation of project reports,and presentations to the Board- Regularly analyzethe competitive landscape to understand areas of improvement.Heres what were looking for:- Graduates from Tier-1 colleges with 2-4 years of experience in business analysis, and strategy roles.- Should have a strong flair for numbers and deep understanding of financial statements.- Should be knowledgeable about projections, margin analysis etc.- Ability to analyse large amounts of data, identify trends, and synthesize findings into meaningful conclusions- Excellent analytical skill and ability to handle large data sets.- Exceptional attention to detail.- Must be articulate with effective written, oral, and interpersonal communication skills.- Prior experience in similar role, strategy consulting is highly desirableHeres what we do:1.
