Job Description

Objective of the role :Crafting Leadership Development solutions based on client needs and InspireOnes offerings. It would involve :- Creating / curating the delivery content for those solutions once the proposal has been contracted for. Content would involve :a. Diagnostics designb. Workshops designc. Collateralsd. Sustenance mechanismse. And Other elements suggested in the solution- Designing innovative leadership solutions and crafting the proposals which would address the client needs and highlight Inspire Ones approach and differentiation.- The job holder should have the ability to manage stakeholders in the client organization and be able to leverage relationships by cross selling solutions for InspireOne Consultants Pvt. Ltd.Key responsibilities of the role :- Working with the Head of Leadership Practice to design and develop new Leadership solutions. This would also involve re-imagining and re-working on the existing Leadership solutions.- Meeting with the clients for understanding requirements and crafting end to end leadership development solutions.- Content development and contextualization for specific client requirements. The content would include validated concepts (internal and external), slide decks, creating / curating case studies, role plays, simulations and exercises compatible with the virtual method of delivery.- Delivery of training & consulting interventions as per defined standards and ensuring customer satisfaction.- Project Management- Managing client projects effectively and conducting project reviews to ensure quality and timely delivery.- Handling the Leadership Assessment tools delivery.Skills needed for the role :- High proficiency in professional communication skills, verbal, written and presenting. Additionally, High proficiency in English language for professional outputs - Experience in developing proposals and creating content solutions.- Facilitating Leadership initiatives for IC to mid-level audience- Commitment to right-first-time - Outstanding presentation skills. - A strong passion for learning and aim to pursue Leadership development as a career.Challenges/Complexity of Job :- Multiple deliverables at the same time.- Collaborating with internal teams to build bespoke solutions for the client- Flexible with work timings and able to work under pressure,
