ANALYST/ SR. ANALYST - FP&A
Overall Responsibilities
Annual Financial Budgeting atGlobal level including the following:
o Revenue Planning (Understanding ofvarious revenue models like Fixed Fee, T&M, Unit Based models)
o Headcount Planning (Understandingof Billable Resource Utilization, Revenue per Headcount KPIs)
o All other costs based on historictrends and business requirements
Preparation of Budget deck forBoard presentation
Financial monitoring andreporting:
Preparation/Analysisof Client revenue build (Business Unit wise) including analysis of movements ascompared to budget/prior month/forecast.
Preparation/Analysisof monthly FLASH results at Global level including analysis on majorrevenue/cost movements as compared to budget. This shouldlargely cover:
o P&L
o BALANCE SHEET
o CASH FLOW
Preparation/Analysisof Business Unit wise financial reports including analysis on major movementsin:
o Revenue
o Cost of Revenue
o Other Sales and G&A costs
o KPIs driving the respective BusinessUnit
Preparation/Circulationof monthly C-Suite Flash P&L package to Global CFO
Preparation/Circulationof monthly External CFO pack capturing Balance Sheet including schedules,P&L, Cash Flow and AR ageing to Global CFO
Preparation/Circulationof monthly CEO reporting pack capturing various financial reports and revenueforecasts
Preparation/Analysisof FINAL FINANCIAL RESULTS ensuring all the points highlighted in Flash Resultsgot addressed
Preparationof Chairman Deck for presentation of monthly results to the Board
Rolling Forecast -Preparation/Analysis of monthly rolling forecast financials for the year basedon actual trends and projections
Business Unit specificreporting/expense tracking like Resource Utilization or IT expense tracking
India Ops Support - FP&Asupport to Ops teams working through India and cater to all local financialreporting requirements
Knowledge and Skills
Chartered Accountant with 1-2years of PQE in FP&A role in BPO/ITES company (Outsourcing Industry) PREFERABELYWE ARE LOOKING FOR A CANDIDATE WHO IS RESPONSIBLE FOR FP&A ROLE FOR THECOMPNAY ITSELF AND NOT LIMITED TO CLIENT PROCESS OF THE COMPANY
Strong MS-Excel and MS-PowerPointskills
Good understanding of the driversof the business
Very good interpersonal andcommunication skills
Working knowledge of OraclePlanning, Budgeting and Reporting tool (EPBCS or Hyperion) or similar ispreferred
