Job Description

Duties and responsibilities :Diligently handling a dedicated portfolio of key accounts to:

  • Build a complete understanding of the client s needs and expectations
  • Develop a long-term and trusting relationship with key stakeholders
  • Resolving client s key issues and complaints
  • Managing communication between client and internal stakeholders
  • Staying on top of client s needs, vision, IT roadmap, and any anticipated deviations
  • Develop an in-depth understanding of the account, their business, and key stakeholders
  • Improving per account revenue by effective up-selling and cross-selling
  • Grab a higher share of clients annual IT spend by pitching relevant services and broadening their required product portfolio base
  • Track delivery timelines and quality to ensure the highest quality of deliverables are being produced on time
  • Presenting reports to senior management on account progress, goals, and quarterly initiatives
