The role will, also, design communication plans to showcase the Company s initiatives in a way that strengthens the company s reputation in line with the corporate brand and strategyThe role will be responsible towards spearheading and implementing the BD India s internal / employee communication strategy in a way that promotes trust and manage social and digital campaigns, in addition to the company s owned digital platformsWill, also, be responsible to develop BDX & Business Leveraged Public Relation strategy and execute as per the timelines. Job DescriptionPrincipal Responsibilities

  • Develop communication strategy and innovative programs to improve connect with internal employees in conjunction with BD Strategies. Additionally, have clear measures of success and monitor progress of each campaign.
  • To lead / update BD India / South Asia website and ensure consistency with the BD Corporate governance / messaging.
  • To lead Internal Communications. This includes communication of Company s policies and contributing to company s internal publications and CEO message. Ensure alignment of messages and integration across multiple topics and channels of Corporate Communication
  • Use social media to connect with the employees.
  • To ensure BD Brand / Logo Identity is as per the Corporate Guidelines and guide leadership towards practice of BD Identity in internal & external communication.
  • Deliver presentations at organizational events and draft messages or scripts from senior executives for presentation to employees in written or spoken form.
  • Handle the internal communication response to crisis situations which affect organizational perception and reputation.
  • To handle a suite of marketing communication collaterals such as corporate brochures, materials, calendar and to ensure timely delivery of all marketing communication initiatives, campaigns, and Collaterals Management, both print and electronic.
  • Event Coordination: Design and coordinate the communication collateral vital to plan Company specific events, especially which require Senior Management representation.
  • Developing a business maximised / BDX PR strategy with India LT, Region & Global.
  • Identify, develop, and implement communications strategy for key media contacts and customers.
  • Crafting customer awareness and appreciation around BD India s key corporate achievements and BD s century old global pedigree.
  • Personally, ensuring connection & relationship management with key Indian healthcare journalists, to position BD as a knowledge powerhouse for them.
  • Build and deliver press releases, media relations content and organize events such as press conferences, customer roundtables / conferences, etc.
  • Leading and handling Agency / Agencies performance.
