Job Description

Sr. Manager / Manager Branch Sales Gurgaon, Chandigarh, Surat, Vizag, Bangalore, Patna, JamshedpurThe successful candidate will have a demonstrated track record of significant accomplishments in Strategic Marketing, Product Management and/ or Business Operations, in the Aerospace industry. Candidates from other industries with a strong background and aptitude for Strategic Marketing, Product Management and Business Operations will also be considered:Bachelor s Degree or equivalent work experience. Technical background preferred. Eight or more years of Aerospace experience preferred. Experience in Strategic Marketing, Strategic Planning, Forecasting, Business Operations and Product Management preferred. Computer skills including Word, Excel and PowerPoint. Excellent communication skills spoken and written. Superlative time management skills and ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously. Ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams. Main Duties and Responsibilities: Develop, own and drive for Sales targets assigned by the Head of Sales. Develop, foster and grow relationships with clients to grow a network of clients. Takes ownership of Sales responsibilities for Region and Sector assigned. Gather business requirements and needs of clients. Own the RFP/ RFI/ RFQ and Bid management process for their own clients. Keep ears-on-the-ground and to be aware of developments, issues and competition at client site. Keeps abreast of industry/ sector updates especially to do with competition. De-escalate internal and client facing issues. Lead generation and follow-up. Lead filtering & database management Prepare a multitude of Sales reports Prepare, Lead and participate in client meetings Preparation and lead Sales pitches, presentation, Service packs,
