DescriptionSells assigned AT&T products, solutions, and services to customers, directly and/or indirectly. Services would be mostly AT&T standard services like MPLS, Dedicated Internet, Broadband, SD-WAN, GIS, BVOIP, Collaboration portfolio, Managed Security Services, cloud services, Point to Point services, etc. Seeks to obtain, increase, and maintain revenue streams for the company through such sales to business and international customers. Utilizes both short and long-range marketing strategies; builds relationships and strives for customer satisfaction in all dealings. As part of the sales/sales support team, develops the information technology/network architecture and implementation of total system solutions to the enterprise-wide systems. These solutions deal with the major business processes used to manage the overall enterprise. Participates with the customer in the strategic design process and translates business needs into technical system solutions. Provides expertise on the availability and viability of third-party components and services. Ensures third party components comply with established architecture. Develops design specifications for products and technologies. Ensures design proposals meet the customer s needs on technical and commercial front. Identifies, analyzes, and evaluates alternative design solutions. Approves integrated systems design proposals for technical content. Establishes cost and time estimates for implementation. Monitors the implementation for technical correctness to ensure the customer needs are met. Preferred timing would be US shift (AP/India not preferred). QualificationsConsult with customers in selling and supporting company products and systems. Provides technical support in sales presentations, product demonstrations, customer training, and delivery of professional systems consulting/integration services. Understands, develops, and delivers systems/applications solutions to customers business, information, technical, commercial and educational needs. Minimum experience of 8+ years in similar profile in a telecom services company with exposure to global clients and most of the telco s enterprise offerings. Very good written and oral communication skills, selling pedigree and good at making relations. B.E (Electronics, Electronics &Telecom, IT) min. Management course or degree will be a plus Any Cisco, Cloud, Security or related qualification is a plus ,
