Responsibilities:- Analyse sales performance of the assigned businesses & work closely with them for their growth in the Companys portfolio- Responsible for the collectible amounts & recovery from the assigned brands & businesses- Manage & own a team of Key Account Managers handling a mix of MSMEs & large accounts- Work closely with the Excellence team to revive the high potential churned/at-risk business accounts- Design & Implement sales strategies to ensure achievement of sales & targets as per the approved plan- Proactive approach towards translating strategy into specific business initiatives and meet the customer acquisition target as agreed with Business Heads- Supervise daily sales performance and help oversee projects of high importance- Designed and developed framework for pricing clients - Help coordinate business-wide procedures and work to improve existing processes for maximum clarity, efficiency, and success- Work Closely within the cross-functional teams including OPS, Finance, Tech/Product & Customer SuccessMinimum Requirements:- MBA from Tier2/Tier3 institutes is preferred- 5-6 years of experience in the sales is required- Strong principles around Customer obsession & Ownership- Prior experience in Logistics/Courier/Transportation/Freight industry is preferred- Must be efficient with MS Excel & Powerpoint- Must have a strong vendor management experience- Proven track record of achieving allocated sales targets, BD & ability to build from scratch- Has owned, built and managed sales teams spanning across different brands/ geographies- Has a strong business acumen with a strong history of continued sales excellence- Passionate and driven individuals looking to work with a similar bunch of people,
