Job Description

Short DescriptionResponsible for creating and implementing IT Landscape for Smart CRM solutions by working closely with EMBU team and its service providersKey ResponsibilitiesCustomer 360 Feature selection and its feasibility during and after IPC creation

  • Working with Business Users CFT to understand requirements
  • Validating the concepts in in-house COE/Digital lab
  • Creation of Business case for IT
  • Req. Doc Creation/Sign off
Support the global architecture team in aligning with IT landscape of HMCL for Customer 360
  • Proposing Scalable and modular Solution Architecture
  • Validating the proposed architecture with IS-SME s (Infra, Cloud etc.)
  • Selectin of approach (IaaS, PaaS, SaaS etc)
Project governance
  • On boarding Shortlisted SI s (NDA, RFQ etc.)
  • Creating and managing Project Plan
  • Coordination with IT/Business/SI
  • Milestones signoff from CFT
  • Project Communication
Ensure Quality assurance
  • Testing and Validation of all Customer 360 Features
  • Acting as internal SME for any information on Customer 360
