Job Description

    Vice President - Human Resources ( Series A Funded) Our Client is a leading player in Agritech space, and we are hiring for Position Name : VP HR Reporting to : FounderThe role would require :- Talent Acquisition:- Evolving the strategy for recruitment;- Interviewing the candidates for finalization (along with the CEO/HOD)- Monitoring the induction process (including joining formalities, infrastructure, and feedback) Employee Communication: - Responsible for the conduct of the Employee Communication Forum; Employee Engagement;- Monitoring the monthly employee engagement activities. - Conducting and managing Employee opinion surveys Performance Management System: - Managing performance management - Ensure effective Goal Setting in the organization linked to business plan (AOP) Oversee learning and Development;- Training need analyses from the Performance Appraisal form. - Preparation and execution of the training Calendar in line with the training needs. - Plan and execution of the Leadership Training for building up succession pipeline. Career and Succession Planning: Employee Grievance:- Analyses of each grievance received from the employee. - Feedback to the concerned employee with the resolution/ possible resolution. Establishment; - Manage payroll and salary related reimbursements of employees - Manage retiral benefits (PF, Gratuity) and employee-related statutory compliances Knowledge and Skill set: - In-depth knowledge of behavioral sciences - Understanding of modern HR practices and compensation strategies - High degree of creativity for developing HR systems and practices - Planning and Organizing Skills - Strategic Thinking and business perspective If you have 10-15 years of experience and are willing to work with a start-up, Zeal to grow. write to us.,
