Senior Designer (UI&UX) Roles & Responsibility Creating design flows and experiences for our products having UI Conceptualizing, designing and prototyping UI/ UX for frontend products based on customer input Facilitating customer and user workshops Analyzing user behavior Setting the UI/ UX direction Usability testing in parallel with development A- B Testing Desired skills & experience Around 2 - 5 years experience on Software development projects 5 years of Experience working with UI/ UX design Proficient with designing & prototyping tools and have excellent visual design knowledge, communication and product design skills. Result- oriented, quality- conscious and have a structured and systematic approach to your work Possess strong interpersonal skills and the ability to communicate with multiple stakeholders Thrive in a dynamic environment and are able to successfully work on multiple projects simultaneously and to manage priorities and meet deadlines Excellent English verbal and written language skills; a basic understanding of German and/ or Danish language and culture is advantageous Expert level knowledge of software development life cycle Good knowledge in configuration management and testing methodologies Strong experience in working with international teams. You are willing to travel Leadership, Mentoring & Coaching Skills, Highly energetic and Go- getter Good Problem Solving and Decision Making Skills, Good Listening Skills Proficiency in a variety of design tools such as Photo shop , Illustrator, In Design , Fireworks, Visio or Omnigraffle, and Dream weaver Analyze product requirements, customer feedback, site metrics and usability study findings to create customer- focused designs. Develop and maintain conceptual wire frames , high- fidelity mock- ups , information architecture diagrams, interaction specifications and prototypes. Create style guides, visual design patterns and supporting graphics for new and existing products Present design work to the product and business teams. Experience designing web, and web based applications. Handle multiple projects in an agile, fast- paced environment.,
