Job Description

Management Reporting (IMR) Team are:

  • Report Execution and Delivery - Process the daily, weekly, monthly, quarterly, annual and ad hoc reports.
  • Process Periodic Oversight Activities - Generate and review reports, liaise and follow up with Operations, Onboarding, Data Control and other groups to confirm action has been taken. Communicate with CSS and Relationship Management.
  • Audit Requests - Extract data and/or reports to meet audit request, compile and send to CSS or Relationship Management for review and delivery.
  • Production Check Out for MYSS monthly releases - Conduct basic regression testing of the Agency Lending content area on MYSS during MYSS monthly release that occurs over weekends

Primary responsibilities include:

  • Assist with regularly scheduled and ad hoc reporting for both internal and external clients. Make delivery of prepared reports to the client, RM, CSS, or management according to SOPs. Responsible for report creation (maker), checker process - 50%
  • Research and respond to report related inquiries from RMs and CSS - 10%
  • Escalate data irregularities, data availability delays or other issues to CSS and other relevant teams such as GM One Call and Account Management, to ensure data issues are communicated, diagnosed and resolved by the appropriate team in a timely manner - 10%
  • Track report execution metrics relative to timeliness and accuracy for weekly and/or monthly governance review - 10%
  • Ensure that all client and internal reporting deliverables and related controls are completed accurately and on time, on a daily, weekly, monthly, quarterly, and annual basis - 10%
  • Ensure metrics are complete on timeliness, accuracy and completeness of work as well as sufficient resources to support function; provide weekly reports to management and CSS for review - 10%

The Senior Associate must possess:

  • At least 5 years prior Financial Industry experience.
  • Data centric and excellent analytical skills
  • Experience working in a high volume processing environment
  • Demonstrated problem-solving skills and be able to multi-task in a time sensitive environment
  • Effective project management skills to lead, prioritize, plan and execute projects under stringent timelines
  • Impeccable attention to detail
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal and relationship skills, including the ability to build productive working relationships across multiple business support teams and functions
  • Advanced Excel, PowerPoint, Access and Word is preferred
  • Familiarity with the Agency lending business is a plus
