Job Description

ResponsibilitiesTo oversee the development and maintenance of a suite of academic products (primarily Goldman Sachs, existing and new programs run by CIE, CEE and CLMP) and also ensure that the programs remain relevant and commercially competitive in the existing and new markets.

  • He/she will be responsible for effective curriculum delivery, achievement of program specific goals and learning outcomes for the Goldman Sach s program.
  • He/she will also be responsible for conceiving and developing new programs/workshops for CIE based on the market gap (corporates and academia) identified.
  • He/she will be instrumental in overseeing and understanding the gaps in the current programs run by CIE (TEP and TRICOR) and improvise the same based on the stakeholder requirements and market demands.
  • He /she will work closely with the academic director(s) to set appropriate standards and benchmarks in curriculum areas and to analyze, prepare and present the achievements of the ongoing programs.
  • He/she is expected to also work closely with CLMP and CEE and provide academic inputs and facilitate content development (e.g., case studies) for the programs run by them. This will require working with faculty.
  • Facilitate development of an Advanced Management Program in Technology Commercialization in collaboration with faculty, alumni, D-Labs and AIC, and corporate and government stakeholders
  • He/she will be responsible to identify, liaison and manage the external academic consultants hired for program specific requirements.
  • He/she will work closely with the academic committee to develop appropriate assessment frameworks to gauge the effectiveness of the ongoing programs.
Skills and QualificationsKnowledge / Education Specific Skills Desirable Experience
  • Management degree/PhD (preferably in innovation entrepreneurship) with/or entrepreneurship experience and exposure to innovation preferred.
  • Teaching experience either in classroom or in workshops is mandatory.
  • Prior experience in launching programs and designing curriculum is mandatory.
  • Ability to identify the Indian and global market gaps (in entrepreneurship and innovation domain) and conceive programs that fit into the identified gaps.
  • A thorough understanding of the curriculum requirements for all relevant subjects (related to entrepreneurship and innovation).
  • Experience in designing curriculum, conceiving and conducting workshops based on the stakeholder requirements.
  • Ability to liaison between multiple internal and external stakeholders (especially ISB academic directors and academic committees) to launch a program.
  • B2B and e-Marketing skills to coordinate efforts with CEE and CLMP with Corporate and Government clients
