Job Description

Dealing with all labor contractors for daily labors requirement, billing and maintaining the legal compliance.
Preparing daily attendance and maintaining leave record of all employee and coordinate their monthly salary and other needs.
Handling safety measures.
Keep a track of all necessary permissions and licenses required for running the factory
Liaisoning with Labour office and other govt offices.
Handling housekeeping and Security contractors and management of security officers.
Transportation management for all employee pickup and drop for duty with hired vehicle as well as our company vehicles coordination for maintenance and readiness to use with driver .
Coordination with HO
Handling company canteen as well as company Guest house.
Developing, reviewing, and improving administrative systems, policies, and procedures.
Budgeting expenditure for non-technical activities of the factories
Coordination for recruitment and training of Operators/Fitters.
Support Plant head and company management to implement all HR/Admin policy within the company .
Education : Any Graduate/Post graduate
Experience 7 to 15 years Minimum
5 years plant experience is must.
Location: Bala Nagar,ShadNagar,Telangana.
