Job Description

As a member of the Ryan Platform client services team, this position will help us deliver on our TaxFeed product subscriptions. TaxFeed is Ryan s proprietary property tax data product that brings a client s property tax data to their property tax management system. This product allows its users to spend less time entering data, find issues quickly, more accurately budget and forecast their tax expense, have greater success in property tax appeals, and run a more efficient property tax department. The Client Services Offshore Analyst will support the implementation consultants as we bring on new clients to the TaxFeed Product. The Client Services Offshore Analyst will help with the configuration required to get TaxFeed up and running. This will include parcel matching and assignment, data clean-up and mapping, building and updating templates and configuration.Duties and Responsibilities, Aligned with Key Results:People:

  • Ability to take an understand direction and follow prescribed processes.
  • Ability to update and correct process documentation to clarify or to correct for errors.
  • Ability to communicate updates to implementation consultants.
Client:
  • Align client parcel and supporting data with PTX database.
  • Build and support changes to client delivery templates.
Value:
  • Run and modify simple Python Programs.
  • Run and build simple SQL queries.
  • Search through assessor data websites to align client data to assessors.
Education/Experience:
  • Bachelor s degree in Information Systems or similar degree is preferred or equivalent work experience.
  • 2-4 years experience in client services role.
  • Property Tax experience preferred (not required). Particularly experience working with Property tax assessment or tax bill data.
Computer and Technology Skills:
  • Experience using Microsoft Excel and basic office products.
  • Experience running and writing basic SQL queries preferred.
