The purpose of this role is to manage and execute the day to day reports , such as Sales , Phone times , Call Logger creating trend reports , business Analytics reports for Progressive Media in a timely manner and with high standards of accuracy. The role includes a requirement for the active participation in the production of graphical products such as graphs , charts , tables in addition to corrections , updates , deletions and maintenance of Progressive Media internet products when and as required. Responsibilities will include primarily production of KPI reports , weekly 7 monthly performance reports. Manager Business Analytics. Qualification / Experience required: Educated to degree level or equivalent Experience / expertise in MS Excel 2007 or higher. Experience / expertise in MS Access and Macros (VB Skills) Proven demonstrable flair and creativity in design. Prior experience in an MIS report production role. Proven ability to manage and prioritize production workflow. Excellent communication and organization skills. Experience in working with cross functional departments. IT knowledge and ability to use Microsoft Office products. Key Responsibilities To manage the workload and production of reports on a timely manner. To ensure all reports are delivered to schedule with the highest standards of accuracy. To monitor and address any performance issues within your remit and ensure correct procedures are followed. To report any irresolvable problems to your Manager Protect the integrity of the product through presenting reports in a professional and ethical manner at all times. Participate in training and development initiatives as required. Liaise with other departments required to ensure that content is placed onto the websites in a timely manner.
