The Application Support role is vital to our Enspire Commerce team, in order to keep technical issues at a minimum and resolve them quickly and accurately. ELEVATE your career and leverage your strong software application troubleshooting background and data analytical skills to serve as an Application Support to our Enspire Commerce Team. Your solid background of JavaScript and knowledge of Node.js along with frameworks available for it. Also possessing experience with Amazon Web Services, creating public facing API s and prior background running Node.js services at scale prepares you for this challenge. You will be responsible for successfully troubleshooting and debugging technical issues and identifying modifications needed, as well as: Troubleshoot issues (network, web apps, file system, and user management) Analyze data contained in the database and identify data integrity issues with existing and proposed systems. Prioritize, diagnose and resolve problems from issue opening through resolution Investigate and resolve application functionality related issues Build a deep understanding of our software solutions and answer questions from customers about the features and use of the software Develop custom scripts, web tools and technical explanations to support customers Document and track customer support tickets from opening through resolution Manage customer expectations through the issue resolution process Participate in on-call rotation throughout the year Recommend and implement improvements to existing technical support tools, procedures, and processes. Examples could be development of internal problem determination tooling, delivery of virtual webcasts to a worldwide customer base, or publishing of external articles on product knowledge, troubleshooting, and problem avoidance. Requirements: 3- 6 years experience in emerging web and mobile technologies including Javascript, JQuery, Node.js and frameworks available for it (such as ExpressJS and AngularJS, etc.).
