Dear Candidates,We are hiring for Area Manager position-Team Handling.Key Responsibilities:1. Managing the team of Broca Sales & Key Account Managers.2. Driving the channel partners to sales insurance products.3. Responsible for overall development and management of the branches/ offices.4. Train the trainers and all the sales force for more effectiveness.5. Strategizing the long term business directions of redeveloping relationship with keydecision makers.6. Strategizing the long term business directions of the region7. Development & Management of all the branch sales force8. Networking with financially strong and reliable dealers and channel partners9. Managing complete business operations with accountability for profitability.10. Forecasting monthly/annual sales targets & executing them in given time frame byorganisational planning.11. Driving mile share with brokers at their Respective location.12.
