Roles and Responsibilities- To recruit right candidate for new vacancy or replacement as per TAT and within the available source- To complete all documentation, personal files of employees, pre & post joining formalities of all joiners are done as per requirement- To maintain an updated personal data of the employees including contract employees at all times.- To ensure appropriate and correct, accurate data maintenance and produce as and when required by the reporting manager.- To ensure that timely review of confirmation process is done for all employees and take care of the documentation of the record of probation extension as and when required- Maintenance and updating of human resources system and personnel records to ensure confidentiality, safe-keeping, accuracy and reliability of information and records- Conduct effective HR induction & orientation to all new joiners upto MM2 level - Record all details related to employee grievances and coordinate with reporting manager for supporting solutions in grievance redressal- Identifying training needs and organizing for need based training for the operators and junior management level employees in the plant. Also effective coordination for all training activities and updation of training records in the plant- Execute all employee-engagement activities and develop employee morale (Sports Day, Annual Day celebration, team Picnic, festival & other celebration etc.)- Maintain documentation related to factory statutory laws and regulations- Serve as a resource for employees in handling employee issues and assist them in counseling, conducting evaluations, problem solving and consensus-building and bring to the notice of the reporting manager- Responsible for generation of MIS reports and analysis of attrition trend and support retention strategies for the Plant attrition control- Be part of HR representation in meetings, audits, employee redressal programmes, trainings etc as and when required.Desired Candidate Profile- Candidate must be from manufacturing background - Candidate from Medical / Pharma industry would be preferable- Good communication & inter personal skills - Functional knowledge and executional skills ,
