Job Description

Primary Responsibilities:

  • Demonstrate the creativity needed to improve the fund accounting operating model using Beacon technology
  • Track the development of new technology, closing out gaps between legacy applications and Beacon services
  • Learn new tools as and when required
  • Test, or direct the testing of, new Beacon services to ensure no defects relative to legacy processes
  • Lead workshops and calls driving closure of actions, milestones and recording and escalation of key risks and dependencies
  • Engage in non - country specific brainstorming sessions to help mold the future operating model for Fund Accounting in GIC - Accounting
  • Carrying out and administering tasks as they relate to the day - to - day activities for the Execution of Transformation from the submission process, consolidation, validation, re - forecasting, risk escalation to reporting.
  • Providing support and cross team coverage as required in managing relationships virtually with Key Stakeholders and with PMOs for particular Products and Processes to ensure alignment, quality of input/output, risk management and customer satisfaction
