    Role Details :Team/ Function: Enterprise | Enterprise Sales and OperationsLocation: HyderabadDesignation: Associate Director/ Director, Enterprise (Hyderabad)Reporting Manager : Senior Vice President, Enterprise BusinessDirect Reportees: 3-4 Sales & Operations team membersRole Objective :- We are looking for a true techno-commercial individual who is excited to take up new challenges. - The candidate will be expected to own a P&L and lead a team of sales & operations personnel. The profile allows the candidate to project entrepreneurship and leadership skills that contribute towards the success of the organisation.Role Responsibilities :- Own & grow the P&L for Enterprise (Telangana-AP) with end-to-end responsibility of sales, account management, operations & supply chain management- Get relevant enterprise customers on board, nurture them and convert them to consistent key accounts- Strategize entry across industrial segments and enabling technology led procurement- Plan, execute and monitor the sales operations & order fulfilment with the objective of attaining accelerated growth & positively impacting Customer NPS- Ensuring 100% end-to-end fulfilment rate for all orders- Ensuring 100% compliance on taxation, account receivables and payablesKey Stakeholders With Purpose :Internal :- Supply Team - For onboarding, product listing and vendor management Operations, Supply chain & Warehouse Teams - Ensuring end to end fulfilment for all orders & Customer NPS Finance, Technology & HR - For managing various stakeholders, namely vendors, customers and team membersExternal :- Customers - Hunting, Farming & Account managementQualification & Experience:Work Experience :- 5+ years of relevant experience in Enterprise sales,- Account management and Operations in B2B/- Industrial space. Consultative sales experience will be preferredKnowledge/Skills :- Excellent communication & people management skills Essential- High level of ownership, willingness to set up things from scratch - Essential- Must have flair for new and evolving technologies and has the vision to transform a traditional B2B industry into a technology-driven industryEssential :- Must enjoy sales hunting, new client acquisition and driving sales targets - Essential - Education B.
