Job Description

Job Purpose The purpose of this job is to collaborate with business users to analyze business processes and requirements to develop and manage BI solutions. Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop Power BI dashboards using data from multiple sources. Perform data quality analysis using SQL skills, perform validations, dimensional analysis, data transformation, performance and scalability.
  • Integrate data sources and develop and maintain data models, database tables, views, scripts and logic to extract, transform, load, and merge / link data sources.
  • Perform end-to-end data migration starting with requirements gathering, mapping to designing, extracting, transforming, loading and validating.
  • Perform data analysis, data visualization, dashboard development, statistical design and analysis, and data delivery with a strong focus on data quality and accuracy as well as formatting, styling, and usability.
  • Provide problem resolution and diagnostics on complex system/data issues.
  • Perform, integrate and create data visualization in Power BI using multiple data sources. Data-mine using state-of-the-art methods.
  • Work cross-functionally across business units to collect analysis requirements and deliver the output.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to proactively identify, translate, and prioritize business needs into data terms to drive strategies and deliver advanced analytics.
Educational Qualification: B.Tech / B.E. / MBA / MCA Technical/functional Skills:
  • Experience of working with Databases, SQL Server, Data Analysis and Power BI.
  • Experience of developing dashboards using structured as well as unstructured data sources and using data from multiple sources like SAP, Salesforce, QMS, LMS and other transactional systems.
  • Experience of working with Microsoft IR (Integration Runtime), Azure Data Factory and Azure SQL. Working knowledge of DAX, MDX Queries, & SSAS .
  • Strong knowledge of Object-Oriented Programming and RDBMS concepts. Ability to learn and adopt new data-related technologies.
  • Ability to collect and finalize user requirements, ask probing questions to eradicate ambiguity
  • Microsoft Power BI certification is a plus.
Experience: 6 9 years Behavioral Skills:
  • Solutions-focused, positive approach to problem-solving with the ability to work well both collaboratively and independently.
  • Strong attention to details, excellent diagnostic and problem-solving skills. Self-motivated and results driven.
