Greetings from VISISHTACONSULTINGROLE Asst Vice President Marketing and Business developmentcompany Reputed NBFC which is into unsecured loan segmentExp 8+yrsSalary 6-12 lacsLocation HyderabadJD for the jobCluster Manager Job Description for Telangana Location:Roles and ResponsibilitiesJob descriptionA leading fast-growing financial institution Credright Pvt Ltd based out of Hyderabad is looking for a dynamic, self-motivated candidate who enjoys Cluster Manager roles and leading and managing large teams.The opening is for Cluster Manager in Telangana for our Unsecured Loan product, tailor-made for Chit Fund Subscribers (salaried and SME both).The incumbent should have at least 6 to 8 years of experience with any of the leading Registered Chit Funds/NBFC in Telangana.Experience in Unsecured loans/ MSME lending will be a big positive.Responsibilities and Duties

  • Complete P&L ownership of the region to deliver positive month-on-month revenue growth.
  • Strategize and lead the branches spread across large cities in Telangana Like( Siddipet, Warangal, Karimnagar, Nizamabad, Mancherial, etc.)
  • Manage new hiring, expansion in new locations in Telangana (Like Siddipet, Warangal, Karimnagar, Nizamabad, Mancherial, etc.)
  • Responsible for End-to-End Management of all branches in the region.
  • Lead and motivate teams to achieve Topline and profit targets and ensure timely collection of all EMI in the region.
  • Ensure timely (daily/weekly and monthly) MIS preparation and reporting to Senior management.
  • Hiring and training of sales team with presentations of strategies, seminars, and regular meetings
  • Punctuality, Attendance. Leave and Retention management of branches in the region
  • Creating and develop new channel partners for business growth, and Manage and grow the existing channel partners.
  • Ensure quality is managed in the huge scale-up and growth is sustained through optimized processes
  • Ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction through excellent service.
Required Candidate profileCandidate should have at least 6 to 8 years of experience in Large registered Chit funds/NBFC, with a minimum of 3 years of experience in managing multiple branches spread across locations.
  • Should have worked in at least 2 or more major cities of Telangana
  • Should have handled multiple channel partners, Direct and Indirect sales team and DSA
  • Multi-Dimensional - Should be able to manage a large and diverse set of team members and poses a strong sense of ownership for work.
  • Should have Experienced in any large chit fund/NBFC at Regional / Zonal Manager Level
  • Should be willing to travel at least 25 % of his time to different locations.
