Job Description

AUS Time Management Lead Job Description The Time Management Lead contributes to strategy, planning and administration in the areas of solution needs analyses, consultation, upgrades, troubleshooting, new system implementation and continuous improvement as it relates to HRCore Time for North America, and in support of related processes including HR Master Data Management, Time Administration and Payroll delivery. Lead teams, coordinate process development and delivery, consult on time- related as indicated by circumstance. Position requires ability to implement time management solutions, integrating with payroll and HR system of record. Knowledge of other time capture approaches and systems, e.g., Kronos, KABA, EeTime application, as well as business policy and regulatory environment Your responsibilities: Your responsibilities include, but not limited to: Responsible for SAP Time Evaluation processes for centralized data entry by North America time administrators, decentralized data entry by production supervisors and Employee Self Service applications. Understands and ensures compliance with North America federal, provincial and state labor regulations Responsible for configuration of Time Management component to perform all Human Resources processes in the areas of Planning, Recording and Valuation of work performed and valuating absence times. Supports business in evaluating root causes for gross pay remuneration discrepancies, payroll, postings to FI, month end accruals, tax models and W- 2 mapping of Wage codes. Serves as a project lead and liaison to facilitate problem resolution, system modifications and user interface enhancement. Partner with Compensation and Benefits on time- related needs including alignment on Policies that impact Time. Responsible for the ongoing administration of the HRCore Time and interaction with other related HR and payroll systems Develop audit and quality control processes for maintaining data integrity and security of the timekeeping systems; working knowledge of SAP GRC Access Control. Provide insights on Vacation Carryover Plus, NA s simplified automated tool for year- end processing Manages ongoing vendor activities including responding to new time clock needs Additionally Holds Quarterly meetings with businesses. Publish quarterly Time Management summaries highlighting notable accomplishments Drive process improvements and system usability and simplification initiatives Completion of deliverables on time and accurately Work schedule: EST time zone Minimum requirements What you ll bring to the role: Bachelor s degree or equivalent in education and experience. Certification/ training in SAP Time Management Fluent in English: oral & writing Minimum 4 years experience within an SAP time management role, ideally gained within a large and complex corporate environment Service orientated with strong sense of urgency in solving problems & completing tasks on time Experience in functional configuration of Personal Administration (PA), Organizational Management (OM), Payroll (PY), Positive & Negative Time Management (PT/ TM). Sub Modules of SAP HR/ HCM. Expertise in Integration of Time and Payroll sub modules like PA- OM and TM- PY. Develops high- level objectives for HRCore Training delivery. Trains team members to run standard reporting rather than invest in customized report development.,
