Job Description

Escalation of all support issues from Telephony support frontline teams.
Handle all tickets, change requests along with L1, L2 troubleshooting within a specified period and ensure closure of all tickets.
Delivery of upgrades and enhancements as projects to existing telephony platform
Programing of contact center IVR, call flows, VDN s, Vectors.
Avaya CM: Health Check, Alarm Check, MACD: Extensions, Agents, Val/ Gateways announcements, Media Gateways programing & Sync Check, basic IVR programing on VDN, Vector
Avaya CMS: Health/ Alarm Check, MACD: User ID, Skill, VDN, Agent creation, CMS backup, Data Collection knowledge, MIS- Link status, basic L1, L2 trouble shooting on reports.
